Of course, the problem with a cranked DOD250 is that while it's touch sensitive and responds to dynamics, if you pluck the strings quietly you get that "At Giza" slinkiness and if you bash away you get that thunder... but it's really difficult to resist that temptation... and OM are pretty well known amongst fans of the loud. Too close to cop for personal creative use.

Yeah, its the 250. When I saw them At Giza was the encore, and it sounded just like the record... even though he was using SVT's and a Plexi clone.

I mean it's possible, but Thebes is the only track that has distortion on it, and it sounds like the 250 to me. Mixed much further back, obviously.New record in August!
