Same, the novelty of that effect wore thin very fast for me. Although, I imagine it's more popular these days with other players than the Gate mode on RV-5 (which is funny because I've grown to love gated reverb and would have used that a lot more).rainlet wrote:Expression control looks nice, but am I the only one that just fucking hates shimmer? I like that there's a dynamic reverb on it, those can be really handy, although handier if you can control the side-chaining of any of the reverbs instead of just whatever specific algorithm is in that mode. That's probably outside the scope of a compact pedal though. I wonder what the delay+ mode is.
Which reminds me of my idle hope that strymon releases a new Timeline so that the prices of the old one divebomb, thus allowing me to finally try one. 
My delay quest is only getting worst.
