Re: MF Chorus - or ILFest PGS demo ever
This caught my attention when I began noticing forums gush about the "unique Moog chorus" tone.
I was GASing for some interesting modulation, but ultimately went vintage PolyFlange instead.
If I wanted something to gig/take on the road...the MF Chorus is more of a practical option...but the drive tone is a sticking point.
Guess I truly am that guy who just seems to prefer vintage, big box effects 9/10x
some notes on why:

Almost didn't buy an Elements because of his demo. Glad I watched the Kayzer video right after. Phew.doommeow wrote:This. His demos usually reduce the likelihood that I'll buy the product.Exclaimed wrote:Mike Hermans might be my least favorite guitar player ever.

Yeah. I can deal as long as the pedals don't come with the backing tracks though.doommeow wrote:This. His demos usually reduce the likelihood that I'll buy the product.Exclaimed wrote:Mike Hermans might be my least favorite guitar player ever.
I find those cheesy demos interesting in a way because once you place the pedals in such a clinical, controlled demo format they all start sounding way more similar than you'd want to believe.

Funny how I have the same reaction with Kayzer's videos. He makes everything sound like a metal distortion.backwardsvoyager wrote:Yeah.
