Cool. Nothing beats that booty blast from a 15. Except maybe an 18.

For guitar? Does it have any mids? I think my next purchase may be a 15".

technically it's my bass rig… but a lot of the time it's too much effort to walk the 5 feet over to turn on my guitar rig [1x15 &2x15 :p ] Yeah guitar sounds petty damn good through it… be it overly heavy and chrushing.. really if I had to play guitar at a gig or ever use a double neck I really don't see a point to taking another rig :idk: If I did I'd end up running everything through both.. it's the only sensible thing.

A thing about the hot rails thing that might/might not be of interest: I recently saw Earth live, where Dylan used a tele with some kind of hot rail pickup in the bridge. The show could've been louder, but the guitar tone was definitely great.

With a complementary crappy live pic

Updated - Grabbed the V4B and managed to talk him down to $750
Was a very cool old guy that converted a old church in the boons into a studio.

Lots of really neat gear.
Next up is a new 4x12 and a SuperCollider - will post a video maybe since all the ones on the you tubes suck.

Thanks for the words!

Happy new amp day!

I was curious of what people had to say and any previous owners experience tips - as much as I would love to just do what the internet tells me /reading opinions and other peoples perspective just made me aware.

I tried it out. I liked what I hear. Had a good gut feeling. Price was right. I got it.

I`m not sorry.

If it sounds good and has been living in a studio, that's a good sign. V4B is one of my fave bass heads for guitar because it's got this bite that makes it sound like a guitar amp.
