You are the person who posted the ruckus on Facebook and Twitter, Devi! I just commented that you have too many cool pedals to worry about other manufacturers... Take what you want from that. Make up stories about what I said even. You are the registered owner of ilovefuzz. The content on it is your responsibility. And unless you have deep pockets it may be best to keep defaming & slanderous language off of it. But that isn't my point, I am not a litigious type. I think you are wasting your energy shit talking other manufacturers when you are doing such cool stuff in your own right.

All Devi did was link to a funny thread; one which she didn't start. Nothing Devi said in this thread is slanderous or defamatory. All she did was say something insulting about Vex. Slander and defamation are something totally different than just a simple insult. I'd say Devi is safe here, legally speaking. And if anyone deserves to have insults hurled at him from all directions, it is that man. He is, quite simply, a dick. And he has proved it, over and over and over again, in thread after thread after thread. He can't take criticism, competition or jokes. He is an egomaniacal jackass. Whether you think he's made some cool pedals or not is beside that point.

As I see it, a user was curious about why so many people online dislike zvex...people answered it. And a lot of people goofed around.

Most importantly, this is a forum--free speech is respected and each user is responsible for what they say. When people cross the line, they get warned or banned...but goofing around and parody is typically fair game. I don't see anything slanderous here...just users goofing around. And if someone really hates zvex, it's probably because of things he's said or done.

The domain is listed in Devi's name thanks to a transfer that SharkSpace didn't fully pull off. I've been paying the bills for ILF months now.

Anyway, I don't have time or interest to get involved in, or worry about, blowups with any other manufacturers. On day to day operation, and month to month operation, Vex (and any non-ILF manufacturer) isn't on my map.
