One of the coolest looking guitars ever.
EGC did one, so good.
I have a 78' B301 bass and man is it beastly.
I envy all you right handed folk.. I know I'll be getting rid of it in the future because it isn't a lefty haha.

Interesting factoid: THIS headstock shape was the original design Paul Bigsby used on the famous Merle Travis guitar.
Merle had him modify it so the "buldge" faced away from the tuners (how it looks today) and it was that design that fender ripped off.

Did you know Paul Bigsby pioneered the modern 6 on a side headstock and trimmed the kluson tuners to fit? Yup, Leo fender was best at stealing the ideas of Paul Bigsby ( for fender guitars) and Standel amps (for fender amps).

I'm not knocking fender but just blowing holes in the "fender mystique"

Ooh that's interesting. I'm actually getting this exact headstock shape on a custom guitar from mr. harvester that is in the works.
I'm surprised the design never ended up becoming popular, I think it looks glorious.
