Sounds cool, but I am already set on dirt.

I don't want to sound like that clip, I just said I liked the coldness. If I wanted THAT EXACT SOUND, I would have asked for it. I even prefaced that post saying that there is no concrete example.

Stop trying to start new crap. You people are insufferable.

Wow, how did i miss this thread? First Time i see Tristian, who has outstanding synth sound/pedal experience and pedal tips, gets pissed off. Well done.

And Dave, that insulting isn't cool. Stop it.

Jeez Univalve, didn't you read past the OP?

Don't be mean to the Gaper. He needs his ILF brain trust well-trained and beaten.

God forbid you let the thread die.

I mean it's entirely possible all the trouble in the thread started when some half-drunk idiot waltzed in because he got butthurt that I was trying to steer the thread in the right direction.

God forbid I not put up with constant nonsense of his insufferable clique.

I don't want to fight with you weirdos. I don't want to be friends. I don't want to be enemies. I don't care about you. I just wanted some suggestions on a subject I was very unfamiliar with. All I got was crap from some weird internet group of friends.

I started getting suggestions not even in the same ballpark as what I was looking for. I grit my teeth and bore through it for two pages, trying to drop hints that it wasn't what I was looking for. I know you people are way too sensitive, I TRIED TO BE NICE.

Some complete genius then responded with this gem.
Tristan wrote:I guess if you don't seem to know what you want we can't tell either... :idk:
I then TRIED TO BE VERY CLEAR WITH WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR then, because being nice was clearly not working. The same mensa graduate then responded so very dismissively with "oh, just get that then." That just set me off. The rest is this absolute waste of of a thread.

You people are infuriating.

Well, your friend is one of the annoying people I have ever met on my short waste of time here.

I don't give a flying fuck what you think about me "insulting" you people. I had to deal with pages of your collective bullshit so you can choke on mine. And to kick it all off, you pathetic hipsters are STILL giving me crap. JUST STOP. GO AWAY. IT'S OVER.

I read all kinds of good advice like clean blend and you were still insulting people than in the end it seems you were doing for a synth sound. If that's the sound you are after buy a synth. No single sub $150 pedal is going to do that.
Edit:
Save up and buy a pitchfactor and a ringmod.

I love how you say that like it is a bad thing.

Anyway, I am glad you got things sorted out. When you get the pedal, please post a sound clip so we can hear the sound you were looking for.
