X100B is an insanely underrated amp. The singer/other guitarist in Khemmis has one, and it rules SO hard. I'm gonna grab one at some point.
I got mine so cheap and I see them cheap all over the place on a regular basis. Great amps, super versatile in a lot of different ways. I tend to use the non master volume rhythm channel with pedals, but the lead channels are pretty sweet. The fact that it has power scaling (25/50/100w) is a huge bonus too. I've used mine for recording other people quite a bit and I've been able to coax a lot of different sounds from it, especially with pedals in the mix. That's why I keep it at home with my 2x12 for recording demos real quick, I can use it for just about any tone in a pinch (or close enough for what's needed). That and my Peavey VTM120 are both amps that I feel like I can't ever justify selling. I got them both so cheap, it's worth more to keep them. Although since I got the Carvin, I hardly ever need to Peavey anymore. Still, it's there if I want more power, it nails a Marshall tone really easily and it's got a slave in for the power amp too. I like my vintage and boutique stuff too, but my great cheap pieces of gear have a special place in my heart.
If I could get my hands on the X100 (no "B"), I would buy it in a second. Same thing, but no graphic EQ, which I almost never use. I saw one on CL before, totally mint and super cheap, but the owner never emailed me back.
