I've been talking to this guy. http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/msg/4181440653.html Says he'll let it go for $550. Should I do?!

I'm gonna do it

I'd go into with the knowledge that it could need a little work.

A repro sustain pedal and rod is gonna run ya a little over a bill and damper felts tend to wear out over time.

Replacements would be around 30 bucks.

My bandmate has a Korg Triton that has a pretty baller Rhodes patch.

I've always wanted a Mellotron, but HOLYBALLZ the fucking prices on those things!!!

got my 73 on craigs, everything works fine aside from one tine i had to replace (it broke while i was moving the two ton monster) and a couple keys don't strike as hard as the rest. $450. speaker cab included. if you're craving something just gotta keep an eye out for it. also gotta be able to grab it soon as it turns up, beat everyone else to it. i mean, i've maxed out my saved searches on ebay numerous times...

Yeah, I'm tucking away significant fliff in preparation for when the bored pawn shop employee putting something up on ebay for less than it's worth.

And when that happens...
