OK Computer < In Rainbows < Kid A < Amnesiac < The Bends < Hail to the Thief

Don't bother with Pablo Honey.

Get all of it and get rid of what you don't like.

hahaha,

here's my personal ranking:

1. Kid A/Amnesiac (Let's face it, this was a double album with it's halves released a ways apart)
2. In Rainbows
3. OK computer (Some great songs, some turds)
4. The Bends (Great guitar rocking, so damn depressing though.)

The rest is pretty expendable in my opinion, with Hail to the theif being the worst of it.

I love me some Radiohead. They're a top 5 band for me. My album order at the moment (it changes) is as follows:

1. In Rainbows - My favorite album by them at the moment, and from an engineering standpoint it's a work of art. A sonic masterpiece. Their electronic and rock sides combined to near perfection. We'll see if it can stand the test of time like OK Computer does.

2. Hail to the Thief - Recently, probably only temporarily, bumped OKC from the #2 spot, as a result of rediscovering the album and receiving a deeper appreciation for most of the songs.

3. OK Computer - Regardless of where it stands on this list, it will always find a home with my "Top 10 Albums". The Dark Side of the Moon of my generation.

4. The Bends - When most people were head over heals for OK Computer, I was claiming The Bends as their best... mostly out of stubbornness. With that being said, this album could have snuck in and stole the thrown to the Brit Pop kingdom while Oasis and the Blur were too distracted with their war with each other.

5. Amnesiac - Electronic heavy music, but a lot more inviting to the casual listener than Kid A. This album has the potential of quickly shooting up the list, like Hail to the Thief, when I get bored of the uninspiring, lifeless selection during a future musical dry spell.

6. Kid A - You know how there are those band/albums that all the "hipsters" creamed their pants over, to gain more indie cred or hipster points? And even though it may be good music, it just left a bad taste in your mouth, because of who loved it. That was this album for me. There are some classic Radiohead songs on here, but this would probably be the last album I'd refer to a new listener. Like it was said earlier, it's nearly 10 years old, and I'm still trying to make sense of it all.

7. Pablo Honey - In the beginning this was one of bricks that was laid as the foundation for the decade of radio rock. Though not as quickly praised as Siamese Dreams, Loveless or Nevermind, it was still holding up the foundation with the likes of Superunknown, the Blue album, Core, and The Downward Spiral, for the rest of the decade to build on. If you hate that 90's sound and attitude, look onward.

They are all great albums. Radiohead at its worst is still better than most bands' best. I'd just be cautious of the order you go. When Kid A came out, it almost ruined Radiohead for me. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. I don't know how that fits, but perhaps it's relevant.

jonny's solo at 2:40 is fucking crazy... I actually really liked HTTT, 2+2=5 and Wolf at the Door are among my favorite songs of theirs
