Man, DW sent me a link to a nicely priced Sherman FB2, but that is still $150 higher than the Moisturizer that I found. I may be going the Moisturizer route now.
And I like Metasonix, I need to check out the F-1.

I love mine and use it all the time. It really is an awesome filter and the controls on the CV are great. The reverb can go into feedback quickly though, that's about the only complaint I have. If you check out the Owwl stuff from my sig you will hear how it sounds for filtering drones. I like how it's a really meaty, warm filter, sounds a bit like the acoustic equivalent of Barbarella's Boobs.

Moisturizer is from Baltimore so buy that one.
More useful for what you're doing right now.
The 2 from what I hear is unpredictable and even sweeps are hard to perform that's a lotta scratch for a naztay
