Such a cool pedal but just too noisy, the fuzz was too harsh with no versatility (so it was either what you needed or not even close), and pretty much everything I used it for could be done with more versatility from another fuzz plus a Faye Sing. The description on this guy sounds like it fixed all of my issues with the old one.

Agreed, the previous version was not only the noisiest pedal I ever owned, I can't even tell you what 2nd place would be.

I'm actually liking my standard more and more, sounds so sweet with my pocket piano gong through it.

Yeah, I really think that and the PP would be pretty great. i was thinking about doing that instead of using it for guitar.

I just spent the last hour running the PP through the SV, a Mini Fuck and the new Source Audio Orbital Modulator using an expression pedal to control rate on the modulator and range on the SV, just some awesome sounds coming out. Need to do something real with that setup.

Distortion after the PP sounds awesome, especially when it's really gritty. Do a quick clip or vidja!

Heading to bed. I'll for sure check that vid out in a bit. I just had to drop my two cents in after playing around with it for 20 min. I got the blue knobs....kinda a drag but they're growing on me.....but it's pretty freaking awesome. It's got 10X the expression capabilities than the V2. I mean, just the range to range comparison might show that it isn't as strong but once you start using all of the filter expression capabilities, it's really no comparison. The new one wins, hands down. The problem being that you have to buy an Expressionator to really utilize all of the capabilities, there.

I only played around with it a bit, but the tracking seems so so on my bass, at times. But that's about the only negatives to it.....I mean.....the amount of time it's going to take to explore every facet of this thing will be staggering, but I'm in love. pretty awesome pedal.

You get the Standard or Deluxe? What's this about blue knobs? Same style knob only blue?

Totally agree with your assessment. Awesome pedal and options are staggering indeed! True about the Expressionator as well. I'd been wanting one awhile, this forced me into it, now it hogs the whole Expressionator for itself. Could use a second one already, sux.

I'm probably repeating myself but on my phone and too annoying to read through the thread on this thing. ;)

That video.....is it a demo or another stupid skit from Tim and Eric....?

I have the deluxe. But the knobs are blue and not black. Not the end of the world.

So I FINALLY got and expression control thing to fit all of the options on this bad boy. I had Mark at MSLP make a 6 in 1 expression controller. So bad ass.....only......when I plug in to the CV Range and use the expression pedal.....nothing happens. Cool things with all of the Freq CVs. Just no the Range one. Is mine broken? What you guys getting out of your's?

What setting are you using? The range should work better the higher go with the shift. Nothing is happening with octave down. But it is a lot less intense than v2.

I dig it Derelict!

I did one today too, showing some of the CV capabilities. I have the MP-201 sending ramp LFOs then I turn on the PitchFactor about halfway through.
