What exists? I could get close with a bit rusher... But still not quite like fine white noise static.

Yea I saw that. Not really what I have in mind.

I'd like to see a dirt device where you can change the distortion texture from fine to chunky. And then add an eq. :idk:

I always wanted a pedal that just had a momentary switch and when you step on it the signal is cut off and it produces white noise like the TV when there's no cable plugged in

the normal arrow airwaves can do that.
