Fine static fuzz
What exists? I could get close with a bit rusher... But still not quite like fine white noise static.

Yea I saw that. Not really what I have in mind.
I'd like to see a dirt device where you can change the distortion texture from fine to chunky. And then add an eq.

I always wanted a pedal that just had a momentary switch and when you step on it the signal is cut off and it produces white noise like the TV when there's no cable plugged in
