Apparently, the circuit is based on the Supa Tonebender....which in turn is based somewhat on a Big Muff.
I didn't think I'd find anything I like better on bass than the Bluebeard Fuzz.....but, the Colorsound just kicked the door in.
It pumps out an obscene amount of low end underneath a thick, smooth, muff like tone. And your playing stays articulate, without weird fuzz artifacts jumping out at random.
AND, on guitar? Think something like a Green Russian Big Muff with more gain and sustain for days...or maybe a Soda Meiser but with a gang of low end. Thick, sparkly, and super smooooooth.....total Pumpkins land.
Anybody else rocking one of these?

The size was the only turn off for me. If it woulda been in a Blue Beard sized enclosure I'd probably still have it.
