Sorry John, I read the post but forgot to reply after I checked another batch of 20 :lol:

I've got HFE from the last batch of 20 ranging from 53 to 296 with the majority of them being in the 80-140 range (perfect for my needs) with little to no leakage except at the higher gains :thumb:

I used to get really excited when I would have transistors with no leakage. And then I remembered that most germanium circuits wont bias up without leakage :( However those transistors will make fantastic Q1s for fuzz faces.

Good thing this batch has a wide variety, after finishing the entire lot I've got HFE from 33 to 396 with leakage from 0 to .58ma but most that have leakage are in the .04ma to 0.08ma range.
