Yeah I need a wedge, Currently the goal is about 23 pedals (current board has a very crowded 18)
That is a very clean looking board: Actually want a wedge with a flat wah spot:
Just got a new crybaby and a rotovibe!!!!
but I like the above design looks very pro!

Re: Pedalboard recommendations?
I think the Lyt 32 is right up your alley then. It's got the space on the right for volume/wah/ other rocker pedals.

Yeah I was looking at those plus you can move the upper part around so I could set up 2 boards together.
Not sure why I need a monster board

Re: Pedalboard recommendations?
Could you build two boards? A different purpose for each?
This has crossed my mind and become my plan, which is why I ask. (And I already have a third "board" for my n0oise rig gear -- though it's an IKEA Dave laptop stand http://www.ikea.com/us/en/images/products/dave-laptop-table-white__50260_PE146459_S4.jpg covered in velcro, so that I don't have to bend over to play with all the noise toys / effects)
Edit: If you go the DIY route, there's always the classic IKEA shelf pedalboard:

You could build a larger version or build one of these to add on to another board, such as a Lyt 32 or whatever, to get the space you need. I'm personally a fan of two boards arranged in an L-shape.

Re: Pedalboard recommendations?
I have 2 now and I run the one (with an Me-33 a wolf CPU and a high five) into my main board,
I thought about building a dirt board and a modulation delay board but I kindof want everything,
Right now with my main board I can get about any sound I want and the extension gives me freaky noises, I like the idea of modular boards, Lava Cables just release one but it doesn't look like there is anywhere to put calbes and stuff just looks like giant legos.

I use a Lyt 32, and I can fit this many pedals on it!

It looks like you need an ABS plate for whatever size/shape you are going with with those, in which case it'd only make sense if you didn't already have velcro on your pedals, since it is essentially just for swapping pedals around, not handling all their cables and stuff.

My back-of-the-envelope calculation on the Lyt 32 was 14 regular Boss-sized pedals and two wah-sized pedals, plus a power brick. Which isn't that many, I'll admit. My DIY board is 36"x17" or so, but it doesn't have the second level yet. I figure I can at least do 16 Boss-sized pedals and two wah-sized pedals on mine. Even the NYC Pedalboards Big Shot only advertises holding 16 pedals. Still not the 23 pedals that hbombgraphics wants to put on his board.
Edit: Some random googling found this board.

Re: Pedalboard recommendations?
Yeah I am looking at 18-20 regular pedals (a few being pretty big pigronix)
Plus 3 wah sized pedals
Plus 3 footswitches for RC2 timebender and expr factory
plus at least 1 mini TB loop
Should be fun,
Probably won't get to it until this fall since I have a few business trips to make and at least one room I must drywall first

Re: Pedalboard recommendations?
Just got the new version of their bags for my Lyt 24. Definitely a step up from the Lyt 32 bag that I have, and a more intuitive way of how you take the pedalboard in and out of the bag.
