Thanks! Tom, the 5K rules, such an awesome fuzz. I love the craziness I can get with it, serious synth bass fuzziness with crazy blips and such, sounds like a robot self destructing in between notes. I love how interactive it is with the volume knob on the guitar, just completely changes the character and the tone shaping options are endless.

The voice toggle is great too, the most fun I've had with a pedal, a fuzz pedal in particular, in a long time. You can actually create cool little rhythms with the insane noises this thing can make. Oh, and the fuzz alone is great too, similar to my standard AB but with a little different character. Awesome job!!!

The gain knob and voice switch open up many new doors for the ABsynth, especially in oscillate modes.

Agreed, this pedal is a tweaker's delight, many different tones just waiting to be coaxed from the AB Synth.

So many that no one wants to demonstrate it. Could you try and explain what the voice toggle does?

Hey, I don't really have a setup suitable to make demos that sound decent or I definitely would.

The voice toggle just switches it from standard to bass mode. Haven't messed with it a whole lot yet, but from what I can tell, it's a little wilder and crazy in guitar mode with osciallation, more present and in your face. In the bass setting, it turned my tone into the most awesome fuzz bass/synth monster ever with osciallation. Would probably sound great running an actual bass on this mode, no bass amp here though.

The bass mode was a little smoother too as far as the glitchy, crazy bit sounds, but this can all be changed with guitar volume and the several tone controls on the 5K. It will take some time to completely wrap my head around this one. I'll try and give you a better description when I get it figured out myself.
