I wouldn't want to think that I could only use a bunch of my fuzz sounds at home....that they would be too vulnerable to damage to take to shows. I wonder if there is a way to match ease of change and protection of module...though that would pretty much call for a change to the hip retro design that is very cool.

The cartridges will be solid and I'm already working on an add-on for those paranoid about breaking the carts / unit in its current form.
Honestly I doubt many people are going to even buy the addon because the likelihood of breaking them is stupidly low.
Also, even though I'm focusing on Fuzz, this is not just a fuzz device. Expansions will include a variety of effects. blah blah blah

We'll get there my friend... I mean, you guys haven't even seen the Modular Synth unit yet!

You know why I think this is such a great idea? Because how many times does a "boutique" pedal come down to awesome graphics or really snappy knobs? It's such an easy way to bias yourself (unconsciously, even) and I'll bet everyone does it..... I wouldn't have one of those hideous pedals thats pointed at the bottom (Visual Sound) on my board even if they sounded like the white light of god........ but this way you can get more tones for less bucks.........
