soo pots jacks switches keep undoing themselves no matter how tight i screw them and with the slightest movement its driving me crazy they wont keep still
tips ?
and mounting 3mm leds without bezels how does one keep them in the hole
I tighten the hell out of the jacks on my pedals. Usually they stay pretty well.
As for the LEDs, as others have said, hot glue works. However, I'd recommend going with a 3mm bezel. It looks better (in most cases), and is a more standard size to drill. Plus, LED's do go bad now and then, so changing it won't be an issue if that happens.

Same, plus the bezel.
Well, aren't you just hot shit.

1/8" works fine for 3mm LEDs.

Lock washers work great. Can find em for pots and jacks at local hardware stores but they are thick. I think small bear has them and they are probably the thinner kind....
