I’m actually doing ketamine therapy myself right now. The pandemic, family, everything got me I think. Who knows. It’s helping. I’ve become a hermit. I play still but not as much as I’d like. My back is messed up. So, holding an instrument is getting more difficult. It’s weak sauce. Time to go modular. Lmao!

Have you considered guided psilocybin therapy? (about $1,500 in Oregon) ---You could just fast-track yourself into the spirit world...root around in there and come out feeling better in 6-8 hours. (I realize you swore off most substances years ago, but that's really more for medicine than recreation.) Good luck with therapy.
