JWAR here…for some reason.

Just wanted to pop in on my old homies and say hi! It’s been a long time. Lots of things have changed in my life since I’ve been away. Not quite the same guy. Have had a lot of awakenings and changing employment. Some family pass, some hard life lessons and some good stuff as well. Still feeling like a blessed man.

Miss you all. Miss the community

Hope all has been well and would love to hear some updates on how ya’ll have been.

Some of us are Facebook friends but at any rate.

Hey, it's been a while! Hope you're doing ok :)

Things are pretty swell for me I guess. Still reconciling the weird blank of 2 years of pandemic time where nothing happened and stuff sucked. but since then things are nice. Feels good seeing a few more old heads on ILF

Physically survived the pandemic but mentally deteriorated and had a nervous breakdown around this time last year, but averted catastrophe with the healing power of ketamine. I had stopped making music for a couple years but have been doing mostly ambient stuff to get back into it, because apparently I need to do it to feel like I'm a part of the world or some shit.

I’m actually doing ketamine therapy myself right now. The pandemic, family, everything got me I think. Who knows. It’s helping. I’ve become a hermit. I play still but not as much as I’d like. My back is messed up. So, holding an instrument is getting more difficult. It’s weak sauce. Time to go modular. Lmao!
