Go for the Robot Factory Meatwad instead, all the Lovetones are super hard to get at a sane price and the Meatwad is a great clone of it

^ yeah i use a meatball for filter sweeps
with the attack on the fastest and decay super slow you can get really wide filter sweeps
using the external trigger feature of it you can trigger the sweeps without the guitar messing it up with the envelope of the pedal

+1 for the Robot Pedal Factory MeatWad.

Also check out Zebranalogic VCF. I carry both.

See http://www.zebranalogic.com/vcfpedalguitar.html

Thanks

To define. All these suggestions look cool but they're turning more and more into noise-maker effects/synths with sweeping possibilties. I really like the filter sweep section on the EHX micro synth (so far, from what I've heard I like the sound of that pedal as a whole) but would want something that can do a looooonger sweep if neccessary.

Should I look for a combo of fx instead? Say a whetstone phaser and a ? well what else?
