Practice makes perfect though! I post an interview with Steve Lacy in the jazz thread and apparently he starts to lose his lip if he doesn't practice for like 2 days.

I love that Insect Warfare LP. I also love that it’s on pink vinyl!
And the South American stuff is great. Necrobutcher, NOISE, Industrial Holocaust. Morte Lente is a good current act. I have a few of their tapes.
I also just ordered the SOUND POLLUTION anthology from FOAD. Greek noisecore - they did a split with Rotting Christ in the early days. I’ve never heard them. And the Industrial Resistance LP? Cult Greek noisecore I’ve never heard before!
