Yeah, she has a good ear. Questions of functionality aside, where some other builders may offer different, or more, functionality, I just really like the way Marbeau stuff sounds. The Rawroar is very appropriately named, and the additions to the functionality enhance the rawness and the roar, rather than trying to tame it or round it off. If you want shimmering filtered clouds, there's the Tridriver. The DAME is something I haven't seen a ton of analogs to, with the drifting sync. The Voicemail is obviously no Lofi Dreams, which is totally

, but it has a really appealing crunchiness, and I like the control scheme, especially the ability to cv both trigger and clock rate...looking forward to sampling the Tridriver/Rawroar and play the samples with my KMA QuNexus through Outward/Bakvendt/Syntax Error; or sampling something metallic and triggering that in conjunction with/opposition to the drifting pulse of the DAME....
