For real dibs on the RV flip. I need it in my life. Theoretically.

Haha! You got it.

The thing about dibs with me is I tend to forget them, so if I put this up for sale, please hit me up. :)

My store got them in and holy shit they're incredible. The ring mod in the MD500 and the Soace Echo in the RV500 are definitely standouts with lots of tweak ability. I'm trying to find a way to end up with both. The RV is definitely more immediately useful though.

Well ... seems like I have to purchase this RV-500 one day. It has those things that I miss in my RV-5. And please quit talking about the MD-500, or I will feel the need to buy it as well.

I think what's in the MD-500 is way more appealing than just reverb given the stuff you can do with the assigns. Also, the custom patterns in Slicer are going to make me sell my Goatkeeper, finally.
Oh, and the stuff in Filter is mind-blowing. I still can't believe this shit costs only $350, probably less than $300 with a discount coupon or taking advantage of jwar =]

I ordered an MD500 with a coupon code from Proguitarshop. Saved 70 bucks. I don't really have any mod pedals so this should take care of my needs in that category.

I'm sure yall already watched this. He doesn't get super weird with it. More of a check this shit out/get hyped video. He does some 2 separate effect stereo stuff towards the end.

Just remember: assigns are your friend or your worst enemy, you can mangle the living hell out of things (or break them altogether in a "where'd my signal go" way!) and do things that an analog pedal (or even most digitals) would go on strike if you contemplated asking.

My RV500 will be here tomorrow and I traded for a Big Sky, which will probably be here next week or so.

Any interest in a shoot out?

Jwar's clips on Instagram are killer. Convinced me to order one just from them. That and I'm tired from working too much which makes me impulsive.

Hahaha.

Dude it can do so much it's crazy! I barely have tapped the surface. I spent an hour with it yesterday before deciding to take a break. It's probably the most vast verb I've ever messed with.

One thing that drives me fucking nuts about these though is that they don't start out a preset with enough of a wet signal typically. So you need to turn the mix knob a bit each time. No biggie I guess, but it's kind of annoying. The DD500 is like that too. I don't like subtle though unless it's a certain verb sound.

The spring is the one I'm not super impressed with out of the lot, but I haven't messed with customizing it yet. Plus, I'm not a big spring verb fan.

I actually dig the shit out of the shimmer on this too.

Oh and the hold functions. You can get some amazing drone shit kicking with those.
