I did that with a Johnny Walker bottle in Industrial Arts class in high school. :thumb: Don't know whatever happened to that lamp. :idk:

Bought a Hohner acoustic guitar for under $200 for the sole purpose of beating it to shit, and having a relic'd out box of mojo for playing the blues. In 8 years, I have yet to be able to achieve a single ding in the adamantium finish they dip those things in. *sob*

In grade school, I had a rented cello in a soft case with backpack straps. Got out of the minivan, slung a strap over one shoulder, swung the sliding door closed, and...in slow motion the cello spun around me, into the path of the door which I was now powerless to stop. Pulverized.

Moral of the story: if it has two straps, wear both. You don't look like the chillest 10 year old ever, you play the cello for godssakes, and now you won't keep your allowance again until you're like 15.

Not exactly an accident, but didn't expect it to turn out like this either. This is what happened: I was bending my neck to get the trem bar kind of effect at the end of a gig (I do it all the time), then suddenly the neck just pops right off. Without really thinking about it, and standing with the body and the neck separated in my hands, I just threw the whole mess into the crowd. Didn't really see what happened until after the gig was really finished.

I am in the process of repairing it now though!

Now for some real pain: I was screwing the new neck into the (glued together) body and the screw broke some way and now it's stuck in the neck. This damn guitar is cursed.
