So, I got the PP2+ yesterday. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but in preparation, I wanted to see which outlets were on what circuit.

Turns out most of the outlets, like at least 8 of 'em, are on the same circuit. LOL.

That'd be pretty crazy if that were true. My mom's not even in the same state. :|:

Me too... I don't hane any problem where I live at the moment.
But at the previous place any fuzz was huming badly... I was living near a radio station and I think this might have been the problem.

You might be underpowering them. If they are on the 100ma channels of the VoodooLabs, there is a good chance that is true. I tend to run digital stuff just with the supplied adapter into a power strip (or use the one spot). Then just use the VoodooLabs for the fuzzes and noisey gain stuff.

I know a few of my digital pedals were noisy then I realized I wasn't giving them enough power...moved them to the 400ma one or to a dedicated power supply and it was gone. But there is a known thing where digital pedals add noise to isolated supplies and are usually recommended to be ran separate.

Good point, thanks, your lordship, I'll have to check their power requirements.

Although, I was playing and my Rainbow Machine was noisy. I took a break and then went back to playing and it wasn't noisy anymore. :idk:

I might be power cursed.

I was definitely thinking of running the digital stuff off its own supply anyway. That's what I was doing before when I was using the 1 Spot. This power stuff is crazy. Makes me wanna throw all my pedals in the lake on the way to the barbershop. Then I'll just play a humbucker equipped guitar straight into an amp.

I actually played my Jaguar HH the other day for the first time in a really long time just for kicks and it was so quiet haha. Then I when I went back to my SGV300 I started to blend in the humbucker setup...haha. Man, if I didn't like single coils so much, things would be easier.

I do get moments like that where I am just ready to get rid of everything.

I'm guessing the power supply worked in general though?

I just checked, current draw on the Rainbow Machine is only 60 mA. :idk:

Yeah, I don't really have any guitars with humbuckers. Closest I come is a hollowbody with mini-hums.

Yep, the power supply is better for the most part. I just need to iron out the idiosyncracies of some of my pedals. :)*

I don't know then haha. I remember jwar (I think) and a few other people completely isolating the digital pedals even from an isolated power supply. I remember reading in some manual for something about that too, but I can't remember. I think that was mostly in reference to those big strymons and stuff though... :idk: Somebody with more digital pedals will know more.... :idk:

Yeah, thank you. I don't actually have too many digital pedals. Just the Rainbow Machines, the Ogopogoverberator and the IdiotBox Delay. Definitely nothing with huge power requirements. I'll have to do some experimenting. Listen to what works best. I'll find a workable solution sooner or later. :hobbes:

Any of your pedals buffered?
Do they make noise in your chain when off?
