my whole musical career has pretty much been based on recreating all the sounds on the "Im Afraid of Americans" track.

This could be just a comb filter but it sounds like a subtle ring mod to me!

I just got a Ring Thing on Thursday
. It really is something unique, but I'm disappointed that the Behringer FCV100 pedal that I had laying around isn't working as the expr pedal. I will see if using a different cable will work otherwise I have to grab something else. The best feature is the whole press-to-tune thing. Having owned a Frequency Analyzer I can tell you that it really does sound great in comparison but the added features are what make it the tits.
