Mid Fi Electronics Pedal

Hi, is there anybody who can tell me the exact type of the Mid Fi Electronics pedal i owned, please see the links here:

It might be one o the very early Mid Fi pedal, maybe just a prototype, has just an output, no input, doing kind of oscilator....

I'm guessing it's a singing spoon synth. Never used one but I've seen em pop up on ebay .

How's it sound?

that is a singing spoon, and its not a prototype.
it was a custom job for trivikrama from 108.
