i switched the pedal on, and the SVT went the big-away... a slow-blow power-down... no prior hints or warnings as i have run TGD for hours and hours in jams and gigs through the rig and not anywhere near cranked volume...
so i mean to say - this is not noted in the spirit of detraction, but rather humor.
the amp problem is a minor inconvenience, but hell, a cadillac is gonna break down at some point. TGD isn't to blame; whatever component failed in the amp was just as likely to do so anyway with any other apparent precipitator. the lovely stress of life! 
reckon, i would have been a little disappointed if it was some other pedal instead of TGD. "SVT killer" is now part of TGD mythos.
