I didn't make it very far into the comments before I had to close the page...just sad really. People on both sides will use it as justification for their beliefs.
Without the first part of their confrontation (a very important exchange seems to have taken place before the video) it's hard to assign blame.

Amber is a cutey though.

This video is legit. What really slays me is the girl saying that they have this video so they can press charges.

Yes, you have a video showing the 67 year old guy move to the front of the bus because he doesn't want to keep arguing. It shows your friend follow him there, and throw the first punch. It also shows you stealing the old guy's groceries. Have fun pressing charges!
