bit crusher
http://mtlasm.blogspot.com/2010/01/waking-up-on.html

of all the bit crushers i've seen, that one has got to be the most exciting one i've ever seen
it's got such a shitty low-fi sound.
the ridiculous aliasing is really really nice. haven't seen any other crushers do that.

$110 for an awesome bitcrusher? Very close to contacting the guy. Maybe cloudscapes knows more about this...
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?

It's like a high quality octave pedal that only glitches, then turns into the screaming color sequence from 2001 space odyssey :omg:

cloudscape knows him too.
i've got one of his fax machine pedals, and it's just ridiculous dumb.

scott's a really nice guy. :hobbes:
but very busy. :(
i hope he finds some free time soon to build them. I'm gonna get one!
I hope one day he becomes a fulltime pedal builder.

he made this joy for me

Yeah, the fax machine looks pretty sick! I wonder if the final product will have labeled knobs or anything?! :idk:

why don't you two get a pedal building comp going.
with some nice artwork, you guys could manufacture some very in demand products.

you're at ILFuzz. i'm sure the builders here would be happy to help you make the right connections on making shit happen.
like ryan from dr.scientist was just talking about how he found some company in ontario to manufacture and assemble his PCBs

maybe even license out your designs to some builders?

Why do all these crazy awesome pedals come out of Montreal? You guys need to make a Montreal collective and start a business with these pedals. :wow what a fantastic idea you have there:

shit dude, I got the entrepreneurial sense of a golf ball

I think if I want to realistically make these in a nice number, I'll have to rethink how I do the enclosures. they take half the time, if not more.

unless on custom painted for more $ or something, like how 4ms does it
