Flanger-Flanger Hoax
Phaser-Stereo Polyphase SO FAR, but I'm still looking. Unless you count Univibe as a phaser, then that's definitely my fav
Tremolo-Tremulus Lune
Vibrato-Waiting to try the Malekko. For now its any of the VB-2 clones
Chorus-Boss DC-2
Ring Mod-Moog for now, but waiting to try out the Ring Thing
FM-Moog Freqbox, but would love to try the copilot orbit

I'm a TC Electronics guy, as much as I love the SCF, the XII programmable phaser does it for me. The original comes w/ two TRS jacks that have transistors in them that will alter your dynamic range depending on which one you choose. Aside from that, you could attach an expression pedal to adjust the rate during a song. And the option of 4/8/12 filter switch for further customization.

Frostwave Blue Ringer v2
Malekko 600 Dark

I could do what I do with any ring mod and self-oscillating delay, but OH MAN do I really love those two.
