It's about all I've eaten the last few days. Stinky, fancy cheese and various types of crackers.

I love the smell of solder in the morning.

It is completely possible... the only problem that could occur is when you start sweating out cheese odor. That's when you know it's time to change things up, diet-wise...

since i know that you can subsist on just crackers
then adding cheese to that diet shouldn't hurt.
but cheese is fatting. maybe.
