Ha, yeah. Seeing the 4 clustered together on the left was a dead giveaway. Why Line 6 don't just make him a custom sample trigger (like the one I want too...cough...cough) I don't know. They made the Edge some cool rack mount guys, the ones in yellow metallic. Did you get the Botch reissues yet?

Yeah. Anytime I see I shit-ton of DL-4's and a HOG I know who's rockin' them. That would be great if they ended up making a sampler out of whats in the DL-4. Its definitely something that would sell. Maybe its not the biggest market, but there are plenty of us that would dig a simple sampler that works like those do.
And Botch reissues?! How did I not hear about this? I knew about Unifying Themes, but that was like 2-ish years ago. I'm gonna go check this out.
Dude, a ball pit is not... weren't you ever a little kid? Ya know, a ball pit, with the plastic balls and you'd jump in it... it's not a gay bar!

The two front DL-4's are for sampling as you've talked about. AFAIK one in the back is for delays and the other back one is simply a stage back up due to the extreme unreliability of the DL4. His guitar parts are pretty dependent on those so he can't afford to have one fail mid show.
What this boils down to is really only two pedals on his board used for delay; one DL4 and one DD-20.

Ah, I thought I had read that he uses 4 for sample playback, hence the cluster, 2 for delay. Thanks for letting me know what the Edge's rack mount things are.
