I have no idea, mine is the Mk II. From what I read they're extremely similar but the MkII isn't as trebly. It's such a nice transparent overdrive. And the Tea Bagger is orgasmic
Instantly it became my favorite dirt pedal. You can't really hear other pedals clearly through it because the fuzz is so crazy and thick.
