I have no idea, mine is the Mk II. From what I read they're extremely similar but the MkII isn't as trebly. It's such a nice transparent overdrive. And the Tea Bagger is orgasmic :omg: Instantly it became my favorite dirt pedal. You can't really hear other pedals clearly through it because the fuzz is so crazy and thick.
