Anybody tried this one, have thoughts about it? i missed this when it was new.
I'm looking for a workhorse type fuzz, preferably something transistor based, that can go from gritty drive right up towards muff levels of gain, and this looks interesting. looking for something that could stack really well with others. i've got some really intense dirt pedals that need....you know....more 'responsible' friends around on the board. looking for something fuzzier than my beloved Halberd.
the blue colander Mudfly looks cool too, although i'm generally not into fuzz face type circuits, but the 'load' control is pretty sweet. actually blue colander looks just amazing across the board.

I can't believe I haven't shared my love for the Missionary here before. I have the v2 and I keep it set for a blown-out bassy thing that nothing else I have can emulate. I guess it's fine for the other stuff, too. I can't actually remember running it with the gain and fuzz set lower. The EQ is mighty.
