can anybody here repair a DL-4?

i recently got offered one of these for $40, but only because it doesn't power up at all. what's the wort case scenario? is it even possible to get the chips replaced? i really wanna get it, but only if there is a chance in getting it fixed, especially for a reasonable rate.

Contact drasp. He does great things with the DL-4.

Also, maybe you should get some gut-shots so people can see if there's something wrong with the stuff on the PCB.
