I voted to get it sent to my city...

Looks very much like a copy of Blair Witch Project though... :idk:

I have a hard time believing it can possibly be "all that"... Maybe I'm just jaded, but...... IDK...

I never saw Blair Witch, but several movie have adpated the hand-cam idea. The movie looks interesting, but I feel the screening being added to the trailer it's more exciting.

I just saw it...and it was pretty damn good. The buildup of suspense was done fantastically. It wasn't as scary as I thought it'd be, but it was still awesome.

Movie looked relatively stupid to me, but I'm a horror movie buff, and...well, horror movies just really suck these days, and aren't at all scary :S And /X/ on 4Chan said it was 'scary', so..it probably isn't, lol. Oh, god, I wasted my life watching, "Drag Me To Hell' D;

I haven't seen it, but I thought "Drage Me to Hell" was supposed to be campy. Not surprising considering who directed it.

I liked drag me to hell...it was supposed to be a campfest, not really a scary movie :lol:

Paranormal activity looks terrible...I'll report back next week as I'm being dragged to it next saturday.

I'm against the wall with this one.....horror is not really horror to me anymore it's Thriller/Suspense.
I have a love hate relationship with horror.....I grew up on the exorcist and freddy.....those were good when I was a kid but now they're a laugh.....

By far the worst "Horror" movie I saw in theatres was the Ring Two!!!! It was the only movie Ileterally yelled at the screen and had everyone in the theatre laughing......it wasn't horror it was horrible
Anthrax.......Hamm Radio......and Liquor!!!!

Yeah, I don't particularly find slasher/monster/sterotypical horror flicks particularly scary. I think a certain type of suspense can be horrifying itself.

Minor spoiler, maybe

The antagonist in Paronormal Activity is never seen and there really is no blood. There are also no "boo!" moments, though the director played off the expectations of these moments pretty well which is why the movie becomes so suspenseful.

I guess I'm more of a fan of the "unseen horror" horror movies. I suppose Paranormal Activity is like The Blair Witch Project in that way.
