Didn't see a thread for this yet. Just popped up in an email from Reverb a little while ago...
I'm not much of a chorus guy—sold my MKII but always thought it was a great sounding pedal. This new one is "cleaner" I guess, so maybe not for everyone around here
I thought for sure it was going to be a reverb pedal from the ads, not that it was going to be available exclusively through reverb.com! I have always been enamored by the sounds people get from these*.
*these being the older versions. No ideas or impressions of this version other than I can't decide if I love or hate the copper/burnt orange color.

Good for Joel for makin' the skrilla. I know he's cancelling the Spectre... wonder what he'll do next in terms of new pedals. I keep hoping for a cool Joelverb. C'mon mane.

Where'd you hear this?
It was on an email or something regarding black friday. They were blowing out the ones in stock and said they won't be making more. Same place as they had the rad, etched ones for $180
edit: beat me to it

Looks like he won't for a year or two. I don't miss my blue knob spectre at all.
I just watched andy' s vid. It confirmed my feelings, I'm not very keen on this HiFi version.
Still can't wait for the day I'll manage to get the white dirtier version, that lo fi thing mixed with asymmetrical waves set it apart.

What you guys think about a compagny that makes 12 versions on the same effects?
I don't want to bash on CBA (they make good stuff)... but one version of the chorus, one version of the phaser, one version of the delay would be enough?
Create something new.
