less noise (I think)
different tone stack, BMP style instead of simple treble cut
internal trimpot to adjust mid boost/cut
more consistent over the whole range of gain settings (wider range also)

I'll do a full on demo. I'm finally at 100% capacity on my rentals so I can breath for a few months now! YES! LOL
