Ice Cream

It's summertime. We eat ice cream. I like to make ice cream, because flavors.

Any good ideas? Last night I made tiramisu ice cream with crushed Whoppers (tm).

Past flavors:

Taro
Apple Pie (caramelized apples, pie crust, caramel)
Guinness
Bailey's/Coffee/Oreo
Chai
Chocolate Cayenne
Cake Batter (crumbled cupcakes, batter base)

Something, anything with Reeces Pieces or Reeces Peanut Butter Cups. Or Nutter butters. Anything in that vein honestly.

I'm a peanut butter slut though so grain of salt.

That's a great video and good summer music to eat ice cream to.

peanut butter ice cream is always good.

So is:
coffee (pairs well with peanut butter too)
fresh strawberry
fresh blueberry
fresh mint
dark chocolate

IM - I had some Earl Grey ice cream that was insane. The company that made it focused on tea flavors... genmai cha would be nuts. Also our local grocery store chain (HEB) makes amazing, super cheap ice cream, my favorite of which is birthday cake, which only comes in a gallon size that I call the Shame Tub™.

Although I think it is unethical to eat ice cream due to the inherent suffering the cows go through to produce the milk, if you must eat it, may I suggest topping it off with some sort of fruit-based hot sauce like a raspberry chipotle sauce.
