First Act ME431 as a dedicated Rocksmith guitar?

I've been experimenting with alternate tunings so all my current fixed bridge guitars are gravitating towarrds that purpose. The Fender has 13s, the Ibanez as well as the travel guitar have strings specialized for low tunings (size 11) and most tracks on Rocksmith are standard "e" and at the lowest drop D. So I thought a dedicated Rocksmith guitar would be a good idea, I could keep cheap 10s on it.

I found one for $45. Thoughts?

I don't know what Rocksmith is but I have a cheap First Act and it's fun. It's my dedicated open tuning electric. I think it's worth $45 for sure. My roommate offered to buy it but it's worth more to me for its utility and playability than what it's worth in str8 cash.

I'm so sorry. Rocksmith is like guitar hero games but with a real guitar.
Aside from playing songs, there are "minigames" where you can learn scales, speed picking, chords, harmonics etc.
