If you usually find envelope filters cheesy, try this one. The white noise generator, built-in distortion circuit and Q and Attack buttons release a synthy, dirty, strange envelope filter sound, that is nicely fuzzy and messed up - including almost reversed sounds, almost octave up fuzz, almost vocal filtering... and bursts of frequencies controlled by the (included!) Igor expression pad.
