Active Matrix Mixer?

Post by DRodriguez »

I wold love an active matrix mixer, but all I seem to be able to find are passive ones.

Something like the moog 984 in a standalone unit would be a dream.

Anyone know where to find something like that, or should I just get a builder to make me one?

I found a kit, but I don't generally trust myself with circuit boards. http://analoguerealities.com/projects/1740-2/

They are out there. Hypnodrone and other builders could pull it off (he just build an active mixer for UC). I've seen a lot of schems for them out there and it doesn't look that bad.

Mostly just opamp mixing boost stages to cut the channel halving.
