"I just can't stand his voice."
Any bands you can't get into for the sole reason that the singer's voice is like nails on a chalkboard to you?
Personal examples: Minutemen, Neil Young, Jesus Lizard, Hüsker Dü, Jeromes Dream (a lot of yelpy/yelly stuff)
Examples from friends: Bright Eyes/Desaparecidos/Conor Oberst, Saves The Day, Nerf Herder, Björk (a lot of whiny stuff)
The archetypal examples: Bob Dylan, Jim Morrison
The earliest example I can think of, of this happening to me, was Jewel's "Who Will Save Your Soul," wherein the artist sings that titular line as though attempting a very earnest Kermit the Frog impression.

It feels like blasphemy, but Pallbearer and Kyuss are the first ones to mind.

Ugh... YES, that Bright Eyes kid!!
(barfs in mouth)
His shakey, over-emotive voice makes me violent.

I go in and out of being able to handle Perry Farrell.
I'm more like a mids-ist than a bassist.

+1 on the The Smiths.
Really can't stand about 99 percent of the emo genre due that vocal style.
In fact, any overtly cleanly sung male voices like that generally make me want to hurt someone. I dunno what it is.

The not "funk" RHCP songs. I would listen to instrumental versions 10/10 compared to their sung counterparts.
The "funky" songs can just go away, please.

What about the bands that we hate, vocals and otherwise?
The Creed-y grunt casts a pretty wide gamut.
