Splitter pedal

i gotta make a splitter and haven't figured the best thing to use. Too many options that seem too similar for me to grasp the difference.

I have a guitar and split my signal with a stereo looper but would like to have the ability to change which goes into the looper and records. There's a bass signal after one chain and guitar after the other.

I'd like to be able to either have just the bass or just the guitar or both. What do I need?
