Joyo D Seed: Hidden treasure?

Post by neonblack »

Does anyone have any experience with one of these? I know Joyo are known for being cheap and shitty but look at that feature set!

4 Delay modes available in the D-Seed:

COPY: Clear unadulterated digital delay signal copies of your guitar signal.
ANALOG: Provides warm intimate analog BBD style delays with character.
MODULATION: A delay tone with modulation, characterized by broad and rich sense of space.
REVERSE: A reversed delay with phase to create a psychedelic sound.
Tap Tempo feature is used by tapping both switches simultaneously to the tempo you select.

Press the channel switch to choose between Channel A and B memory

OK so the tap tempo sounds like a headache but reverse delay! Presets? $75-$80 isn't bad.

Yea, that's a good deal for what it does. I don't have experience with one tho.

There's one locally for $40-50 I think. Could grab it for you?

Oh, the temptation...

Tapping both switches at once sounds like a really bad way to bypass the pedal/switch your preset all the time.

I agree. It's so shitty that it actually ends up sounding good.

Good to know, I just grabbed one on eBay hoping that's what it'd be like.

I kinda wanna try all these cheap pedals.
I am sure there might be some differences, but I am also sure the average listener would have no idea.
